Services Performed
- Check operation of air conditioning system, condition of all belts and lines. Evacuated 1.48 lb (spec 1.62 lb). Compressor when hot does not cycle well. Not pumping and creating pressure as it should. System aged. Recommending AC Kit.
- Confirmed internal transmission has internal noise between second and third. Recommending transmission shop. Shiftworks (770) 461-1301

- EXPANSION VALVE – Remove & Replace – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.]
- CONDENSER – Remove & Replace – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.]
- Charged to spec at 1.62 lb
- Flush air conditioner.
- Upon test drive, noticed that AC intermittently looses cooling power at idle. Performed AC flush, recommending customer to drive vehicle @ force to push flush solvent through evap core. May potentially need evap core in the future.
- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Preform basic safety inspection. Check and reset service light. Road test vehicle.
